1. When do I apply this privacy statement?

This privacy statement applies to all personal data that is processed and to all domains related to this company. It concerns the personal data of anyone who has ever had contact with me or visited the website, such as visitors, customers, and business contacts. H.E. Kläring is responsible for the website www.richellaklaring.nl and therefore the person responsible for the use of your personal data as described in the privacy statement.

I process the personal data of anyone who has had contact with me or visited the website. This includes visitors, private customers, business customers, and contacts of our partners.

I receive the data directly from you when you:

  • Provide the data to me through personal contact or via email.

I retain the personal data for as long as required by law and as long as necessary for the purpose for which I use the data. As long as you are a customer, I retain the data according to the legal retention period of 7 years. After that, I only retain the data for statistical purposes and to handle any complaints or legal matters. The data is only used by me and partially shared with the service providers involved in the execution of the assignment. These will never be shared with others not involved in the execution of the assignment.

The data is processed within the European Economic Area (EEA). This means that we also store your data within the EEA.

10. How secure are the data with me?
Many measures have been taken to secure the data both organizationally and technically. The systems and various communication methods are secured to ensure that the data does not fall into the hands of others. Therefore, this data is safe with me. Also, I ensure that the data is only used by people who have been granted permission to do so.

11. What can you ask of me?

  • Right to data portability: If you are a customer or have given consent for the use of your data, you may ask me to send you the digital data I have about you. This allows you to transfer this data to another organization if you wish.

  • Right to restriction: You may ask me to limit the use of your data. This means that in certain situations, I may only retain the data but may not use it.

  • Right to be forgotten: You may ask me to delete all data I have about you. I will then delete all data that can be traced back to you. In some cases, I may not be able to delete your data yet. For example, some data must be retained for 7 years for tax purposes.

How do you submit a request or complaint? Send your request or complaint to me via info@richellaklaring.nl. I will process your request or complaint within 30 days. I may ask you to identify yourself. In that case, I will request your data to ensure that you are the correct person whose personal data is being requested.​
 

12. What rules apply to this privacy statement?
The privacy statement must meet various requirements. These requirements are mainly found in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In addition, the general rules applicable under Dutch law apply to the privacy statement.

You can indicate which data I may use from you. This is done using cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your hardware when you visit our website.
